LFGB檢測簡介
2005年9月，德國新食品和飲食用品法LFGB取代了原有的食品和日用品法LMBG，又稱《食品、煙草制品、化妝品和其它日用品管理法》，該法令是德國食品衛(wèi)生管理方面最重要的基本法律文件，是其它專項食品衛(wèi)生法律、法規(guī)制定的準(zhǔn)則與核心。該法規(guī)對德國食品的方方面面做了總的規(guī)定，所以在德國市場上的食品以及所有與食品有關(guān)的日用品都必須符合該法令。
其中與食品接觸的材料或用具必須通過測試，符合該法令第三十條和第三十一條，可以得到授權(quán)機構(gòu)出具的LFGB檢測報告證明為“不含有化學(xué)有毒物質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品”，并能在德國市場銷售。

LFGB認(rèn)證涵蓋的產(chǎn)品范圍
LFGB測試針對所有的材料，包括最新工藝生產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)品，如：燒烤架的鉻鍍層，平底鍋的特弗龍涂層等。通常涉及的領(lǐng)域包括：陶瓷，合成塑膠，PVC，增塑劑，紙制品，皮革，紡織品，化妝品，煙草等等。涉及的產(chǎn)品包括：烤面包爐，電水壺等與食品接觸的電器產(chǎn)品；食品貯存用品，玻璃菜板，不銹鋼餐具，各種廚具，碗，勺，刀，叉等。
