EN 15102墻紙CE認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀

EN 15102墻紙CE認(rèn)證是在歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPD指令）下的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。歐盟為了更加嚴(yán)格的規(guī)范建筑產(chǎn)品 CE認(rèn)證，自2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)Construction Product Regulation No.305/2011/EU-CPR(簡稱CPR法規(guī)）將全面取代原來的建筑產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證指令(Construction product directive 89/106/EEC-CPD(簡稱CPD指令)，進(jìn)入強制實施階段。本篇文章就此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跟大家分享相關(guān)信息。

EN 15102:2007+A1:2011– Decorative wallcoverings - Roll and panel form products

This European Standard applies to all forms of wall covering products in roll and panel form as defined in EN 235 supplied for hanging onto internal walls, partitions or ceilings, by means of an adhesive, whose primary purpose is decorative.

墻紙/壁紙CE認(rèn)證－認(rèn)證流程：
1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，壁紙屬建筑產(chǎn)品，需符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD 89/106/EEC
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，壁紙需符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 15102
4、根據(jù)CPD指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 15102進(jìn)行測試評估，歐盟公告機構(gòu)根據(jù)體系1或體系3進(jìn)行
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構(gòu)辦法的測試報告和證書
6、發(fā)放符合性聲明(Declaration of Conformity)
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼CE標(biāo)志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
